My Story

Doug Keesling is a fifth-generation farmer from Chase, Kansas. With more than 30+ years of experience in farming, agribusiness, and agriculture policy, Doug has participated in nearly every aspect of the industry—ranging from crop production to provision of supplies and services to farmers and farm communities to shaping of agricultural policy through involvement in state, national and international agricultural trade organizations. He has also been key in developing Coops to Agriculture advancements in several nations to supply food to the people most in need.

Doug began his career as a farmer—operating a farm, raising livestock, and many crops. Keesling is the owner of Keesling Farms (input supplier of everything a farmer needs), Output Management (environmental cleanups of hazmat materials and manure cleanups for large-scale layer facilities delivered to farmers and spread for crops), and past owner of Millennium Healthcare (home healthcare business for individuals and hospitals).

A passionate advocate for farmers, Doug has traveled the United States to promote Agriculture on behalf of many agricultural organizations and has journeyed overseas on numerous occasions to advocate for the interests of U.S. farmers. He is a founding board member of Heartland Plant Innovations and has served on the boards of Plains Grains, Inc., the Wheat Foods Council, U.S. Wheat Associates, National Sorghum Producers, and the IGP Institute. He is also a partner in an International V.R. training company providing solutions to Agriculture and other sectors called X.R. Global. He also is active with many NGOs like Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture and USGLC. He is the President of Kansas Global, which helps U.S. companies overcome challenges, navigate trade policy and execute strategic plans to enter international markets.

Doug is the V.P. of Food Security which handles Agriculture, NGO, and Faith-based organizations for Huffine Global. This position puts him working on World Hunger with all the top influencers to feed the world while understanding how to empower farmers to grow it. He will be included as part of our management and oversight team.
