Tayo's Story

Tayo Okunade, Esq. serves as General Counsel for Huffine Global Solutions Inc, overseeing all legal affairs of the company and its affiliated entities. His duties include representing and advising Huffine on legal matters relating to international business, corporate employment and human resources-related issues, contract matters or agreements, including international contracts and commercial real estate development. A 2001 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in marketing, international business, and French, Tayo obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law in 2009. While in law school, he completed internships with the Second Judicial District Court and the Colorado Court of Appeals. Along with practicing before all of Colorado's state courts, Tayo is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Before entering private practice, Tayo served as a hearing officer with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.  He then honed his legal skills at several other prominent area law firms before establishing his own practice in 2012. He is a distinguished member of the Colorado Bar Association, the African Leadership Group, and the Aurora Bar Association.
